We utilize collected data strictly to:
- Facilitate PG bookings and connect prospective tenants directly with verified property owners.
- Send instant notifications regarding new PG listings matching your preferred locality.
- Manage reward points, wallet balances, and referral bonuses.
- Ensure platform security and prevent fraudulent inquiries.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
With Property Owners: When you schedule a property visit or request owner contact details, your name and phone number are shared with the respective owner to coordinate your visit. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketers.
5. Account Deletion and Data Removal Request
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data:
- In-App Deletion: Log into your account in the NCR PG mobile app, go to your Profile, and use the account settings or contact support to request deletion.
- Email Request: Send an email to support@ncrpg.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Request for Account Deletion".
- Processing Time: Once your request is verified, all personal identifiable information, saved bookmarks, and custom preferences will be permanently wiped from our databases within 7 business days.
